It’s Time for Old School to Meet New School!
Mixing the smooth old school with the sexy new school R&B, if Khalil is a name you have not heard it’s one you should be listening for. Couple his superb songwriting abilities with his velvety smooth vocals; prepare to be wowed by his very own musical prowess. His sultry song styles take you back to that raw uncut sound of the R&B of old. However, Khalil’s harmonious material makes him a relevant force in today’s music industry. Being compared to those great legends of the past, Khalil’s voice is reminiscent of Donny Hathaway, Otis Redding, James Ingram, Gerald Levert, Teddy Pendergrass and Jeffery Osborne. Khalil has opened for everyone from; Jessie Powell, Tony Terry, and Heather Headly, to LakeSide, Silk and The Legendary O'Jays. But Khalil is not satisfied with being the opening act anymore, he is ready to be the headliner; and he has the talent to do just that! Big things are expected to happen for Khalil in the near future. The former amateur night Showtime at the Apollo winner has an album called “The Struggle” that is soon to be released. His hit single “Take My Time” is set to take off. The silky vocal display will especially take the ladies by storm. Prepare to be amazed by this outstanding artist doing what he does best. Khalil is a stellar performer. Look for him soon at a venue near you! He is sure to be a headliner.
“Khalil has an incredible tone, and just seems to have his own style, he sounds great” Nick Ashford (Ashford & Simpson)
“Khalil just needs to keep singing, it is only a matter of time before everybody knows who he is” Freddy Jackson
“I just love your voice, and could listen to you sing all night" Valerie Simpson (Ashford & Simpson

Taryn Mai
Lost in time or the first person to ever
take the mysterious ride on a time machine.
Taryn Mai is definitely a soul not lost in her mind. From the early age of 5, Taryn Mai was singing classic hits. From watching MTV and BET videos she always knew she wanted to be a performer. With influences ranging from Michael Jackson, Prince, El Debarge, and Teena Marie, it’s no wonder why Taryn Mai music replicates the love and hope of past generations. When most references regarding feelings, high school crushes or even the L word, LOVE, is lost in music these days. Taryn continues to write and believe that Love songs and the feeling of being in love can exist within music. Make no mistake, Taryn’s style doesn’t limit her in any
way from making modern music, she just incorporates the sounds of past generations that had her parents and everyone else’s parents grooving in there high waters and platform shoes. Intrigued by mysterious things, Taryn’s mind often wonders off into a land of fantasy where her writing becomes reality.
Listening to a few of Taryn’s songs such as Can’t Get Away, Broken Robot and Addicted will start to have new and old fans alike take notice of just how easy it is to get lost in the thought that real love is just a song away. With Taryn’s vast knowledge of POP, R&B and Rock along with her vocal experience beyond her young years you can’t help but to think that Taryn has made a genre up all on her own. While not being handcuffed to any genre, get ready to hop on this unique and crazy ride Taryn refers to as her Time Machine.

Brian Angel
Winning a BET Award for Favorite Group could be considered a career high for most any R&B singer, and Houston-born crooner Brian Angel (aka Brian Andrews) is no exception. When Day26 garnered the award in 2009, Angel and his bandmates were riding high on a chart-topping album debut, critical praise and hours of major television exposure on Sean "Diddy" Combs' smash MTV show, Making the Band. Fast forward three years and a second hit album later, Day26 has agreeably disbanded to take on solo endeavors, and Angel is well prepared for his future. For starters, on July 26, 2012, Brian will release his single "Killa" featuring Dorrough Music via his
own Ambassador Way Entertainment (AWE) in conjunction with his new Dallas-based management team HULK Entertainment. In addition to the music, Brian is always looking for viable ways to give back to his community. He is currently a spokesperson for the Sickle Cell Disease Association of America (SCDAA), and has activated a "Be Aware" viral Twitter campaign. With "Be Aware", fans can text BREAK-ANGEL to 52000 to easily donate $10 to this very important cause.

Crossing lines between artistry and business can be difficult at times, but Brian is up for the challenge. He already has several fresh-faced artists on his roster, and has plans to introduce them as he creates his next project. "I will have a few of my AWE artists featured on my album," he says. "I plan on continuing to work hard on my project, as well as on my label. They both mean so much to me. I'll be performing as well, but right now my main focus is recording and putting together a great album. " The possibilities are limitless for Angel, and he is confident that the lessons he learned with the intense exposure of Day26 will carry
him far.
